CommunityConnect Terms of Use
Purpose
CommunityConnect is intended to help adults (18+) who live at or take part in services at 180 Degrees sites receive announcements, submit feedback, and find community-resource information.
Not an emergency service
CommunityConnect, its feedback form, and its support channels are not emergency or confidential crisis-reporting services. If there is immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional distress or crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7.
Accounts
Provide accurate information needed to operate your account and keep sign-in credentials private. Do not share passwords, verification codes, Apple or Google credentials, or authentication tokens with 180 Degrees staff or other users.
You may delete your account from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or use the account deletion request page.
Appropriate use
Use CommunityConnect in a way that does not impersonate another person, interfere with the app or its supporting services, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, threatening, or intentionally harmful content. Feedback is reviewed by authorized staff and should not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Announcements and resource information
180 Degrees aims to keep announcements and resource links useful and current, but schedules, availability, eligibility, contact details, and third-party content can change. Confirm important information directly with the relevant program or provider. CommunityConnect does not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, housing, or emergency advice.
Third-party services
CommunityConnect uses third-party services for authentication, database hosting, announcements, feedback, and notifications. Their availability and handling of information are also governed by their own terms and privacy notices. See the CommunityConnect Privacy Policy for details.
Service changes and support
Features may change as 180 Degrees improves or secures the service. Temporary interruptions may occur. Contact support if an account or important feature is not working:
